I wanted to share some of my personal highlights before jumping into career experience. I’m a father to 4 awesome kids (2 boys & 2 girls) and husband to a beautiful and supportive wife. We are currently based in Denver, CO and love the outdoors, great food and experiencing new adventures in our travels.

Outside of my family, I’m driven by the hunt of the sale and scaling kick-ass sales teams in the SaaS space. While my focus is on creating scalable sales process and tools, I also love getting my hands dirty and closing challenging deals.

I’ve gained great experience in sales and marketing beginning very early in my career completing sales & marketing and people management programs at Black & Decker / DeWalt Power Tools and CVS Health. Since I have designed and executed various go-to-market strategies for companies selling $1 million dollar boats to $9/mo subscription software.

After 14 years of various sales and marketing experiences I’ve made my niche in SaaS software sales. Whether I’m one of the first sales team members selling in the trenches or I’m managing a team of 20+ inside sales professionals, I bring a combination of focus, energy and a history of driving revenue.

Professional Experience

US Inside Sales Manager

March 2014 - Present

– Lead a team of 20 multi-disciplined inside-sales account managers.
– Develop sales quota programs and challenging goals.
– Facilitate sales deals and support individual professional development by consulting with executives, providing input and feedback, and role playing to practice pitches.
– Primary training and knowledge contact for the Denver Partner sales team. Subject Matter Expert for the software tools such as Xero, Practice Manager, and ecosystem add-ons.

– Directed the firm rebranding project which developed a company presence on the web, via social media channels, and in local markets.
– Developed a lead generation pipeline through company blogs, social media, banner advertising, and on site networking events, resulting in a doubling of retainer clients.
